Any minification or plugin won't do anything for a slow host. What's the URL that you tested with?

I use your plugin for caching. It's best to reduce load time. I have used generic mirror cdn for serving static content. I have created subdomains for the same pointing to root which served css, js and images from subdomains. But what I have observed is that the site is easily accessible via <subdomain>.<maindomain>.com url which I don't want cause it would ruin my page rank. What should I do to allow access to these subdomains only when http request is made from maindomain.

So I've been working on this for nearly 6 hours and I've gotten nowhere.
Whenever I activate the plugin, I get the error
FTP credentials don't allow to write to file /var/www/html/.htaccess
The error disappears when I deactivate it; however, when I go to delete the plugin, I get this error:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /var/www/html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /var/www/html/wp-content/object-cache.php.
I keep getting those errors because I moved my Wordpress from one server to another, and the file structure is completely different... e.g. it no longer stays under /var/www/html.
I've tried the following: disable all plugins one by one and enable them one by one; removed the advanced-cache.php and the object-cache.php files; removed the w3tc-config folder; reinstalled the plugin multiple times; restarted httpd; restarted mysqld.
Can someone help me with this please?

I am using the user agent list to redirect mobile users to a separate mobile theme.
I need to find a way to add a 'desktop version' link for mobile users to click to be redirected to the desktop theme.
I cannot find how to do this anywhere through exhaustive google searches.
Is there a way to redirect these users with a link like .com/?theme=desktop and have it work for all pages?
I've tried a theme testing plugin and it didn't work. Thank you!

tried to install with WP4.1 also even it's not supported.
Problem is is keeps in testing mode. The deploy button on the admin side does not work. Can you tell if you're looking in to it? Or do we just need to uninstall and use another plugin?

Hi there,
at first, I know there a LOT of google links to this topic how to configure W3 Total Cache to avoid the error messages regarding JS and CSS above the fold at Google Page Speed. I read all of them I could find and configured total cache the way the proposed. Anyway, PageSpeed still says that I have this CSS/JS above the fold issue.
My general configuration for W3 Total cache is similar to the one which is described here:

My minify settings are the same as here:
(Non blocking using async in </head> and added all .js(embed in <head>) files and .css files which google told me)
It seems like my settings don't have any effect and I absolutely don't know what to do any longer to get a better pagespeed result!
Can anybody confirm that my settings and my descriptions are correct? In my opinion this would be the right way to do it, but somehow something is missing which exceeds my knowledge ;)

Same problem, also on Litespeed -- nice catch @rowsdowr.
Also using Genesis Fragment caching.
Will submit bug report -- it's not harmless, it's causing issues with JS scripts loading and braking core functionality of the site (WP audio player for example plus more). The two cannot be unrelated, happened at exactly the same time though the broken functionality was noticed later -- after I had disregarded the error message because of some of those earlier threads.

On our product pages there is a button that adds 2 separate items to your shopping cart at the same time instead of 1 but once we enable Caching (with minify and all other settings off) it makes it so that if you click that button it just keeps loading. I can still add 1 item to the cart just fine though.
I'm fairly new with caching but can't figure out where to look or a way to get this working since rest of pages work fine.
