We paid for the $200 Linux Server Optimization & Plugin Configuration package and submitted an email through the website on April 1st but we haven't received a response. We paid via paypal. I know this may not be the right forum to bring this up. If it isn't, can someone please forward me to someone that can help or issue a refund if the team is unavailable.
