Sorry I have to reopen the thread because this service is directly offered within W3 Total Cache. The opening page offers and you buy the service directly through the plugin. I'm sure every else who has made this purchase and is waiting on service is asking a similar question and if it is not part of W3 then is there another company that supports this W3 feature from within the plugin?
