Gail65 on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Responsive Theme Adversly Affected"

Hi. I installed the W3TC plugin yesterday and my site suddenly started having problems with it's responsive theme's appearance. If you look at my site, you can see that the menu and sidebar that are loading before the actual page is. This is what it is supposed to look like and how it was functioning before I installed the W3 Cache plugin:

http://themes.elmastudio.de/oita/

(The page loads first and then you can click on the buttons to the right or left to view the menu and sidebar.)

This his how it is appearing now:

(The menu and sidebar briefly appear before the page loads.)

I have since deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin, but that didn't help. So I have uninstalled the plugin. As you can see, that didn't help either.

Since then, I have switched to the Twenty-Twelve theme, and it works fine, but it is not a responsive theme, etc. I have deactivated all of my plug-ins and then slowly reactivated them. None of them seemed to have any effect on the issue with my theme.

Please help me get my site back to working order. This is very frustrating for me. W3TC comes so highly recommended, but this is the second time it has messed up my site.

I should mention that it seems to work perfectly in IE, but the problem persists in Chrome and in Firefox. I look forward to an answer to my problem. Thanks.

Gail

P.S. I was also having issues with my Buffer button repeating twice after the second post, three times after the third post, four times after the fourth post, and so on. I have since taken the Buffer button out of my theme for appearance sake.
