The default value for the Theme files to be uploaded: field on the CDN settings page is

*.css;*.js;*.gif;*.png;*.jpg;*.ico;*.ttf;*.otf,*.woff

Take not that the last value is separated with a comma and not a semicolon. This results in .woff files not being uploaded to CDN.
