Hi! This plugin is the best, hands down, however, I have two pretty serious problems:
1) It affects the quality of ads being shown by AdSense. If I clear the cache, disable the plugin, much more various and relevant (local) ads start to appear.
2) Google Analytics isn't recording the visits anymore. I had 500+ page views/day and after installing W3TC it went down do ~5.
Every caching option is enabled with default settings, except for Minify (it is disabled).
