I'm having the same issue: blank, white pages, until I press the "empty all caches" button in the plugin.
Last versions of wp and w3tc.
As others, I wait for this issue to be solved.
Meanwhile, I guess I'll turn it off. I prefer a slow site than a blank one..
btw, w3tc beat wp super cache easily, so I need it to work..
