W3 Total Cache version: 0.9.5.2.
The minifyed css and js files are generated with “https” on its internal urls.
Exemple: The cached css file below has a lot of inside urls starting with “https”.

How can I set the W3 Total Cache plugin to minify the files and generate the urls with “http” instead of “https”?
PS: It’s setup to use a self-hosted CDN with FTP.
