- Running on a VPS by itself
- 500-1k visitors a day
- Almost every page loads in under 2 seconds according to tools.pingdom
- 200 total pages in XML Feed
- Average page size under 1 meg (according to pingdom)

My question is how many pages can I set the Cache Preload to do at a time, and at what frequency without impacting performance?

Also, what happens if pages have already been preloaded when the next cycle starts? If all 200 pages are preloaded and the next cycle starts, does it reload them or just skip it?
