Hi, i'm running wp 3.6 and total cache 0.9.3 configured for AWS CDN.

Wp install : test.getupcloud.com/blog
Site Address: cf.getupcloud.com/blog
CDN Cname: cf.getupcloud.com

What happens is i need my blog posts to be equal as cdn's cname, so i changed Site's Address to cdn cname.

When i enable Host wp-includes/ files all blog assets get messed urls'. Ex.

http://cf.getupcloud.com/http://teste.getupcloud.com/blog/wp-content/themes/acute/assets/js/custom-libraries.js?ver=1.0

http://cf.getupcloud.com/http://teste.getupcloud.com/blog/wp-content/themes/acute/assets/js/custom.js?ver=2.0

If i change Site Address = Wordpress Adddress and reenable wp-includes options everything works great but blog posts are pointed outsite cdn CNAME
