I've been using super cache. Bit confusing and doesn't support S3/CF. With this information, I will run tests on a private VPS copy of my network and test. Max cache I always have set to 5 minutes because the online users needs to update. If there is a way to make that dynamic but the whole page cached, that would be awesome. I don't have the forum, profiles, or stream in the cache for super cache either. It's easier to let those load since they are Ajax rich. Thanks for the answers. I'll check it out in the morning and then throw you a status update on it.
