Mitch on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] w3totalcache and cloudflare partner program cpanel interface"

Our Hosting company belongs to the Cloudflare partner program and instead of using Cloudflares interface on Cloudflare website we use CloudFlares cpanel interface that we have installed.
In the Cloudflare setup of w3tc there are setting in it that go to Cloudflare will it w3tc work with our setup?
On Cloud Flare if I go into the DNS settings it directs me to goto the control panel of our Cpanel.
