This plugin just stops working randomly.
I'm using it with bwoser cache, CDN and object cache activated, plus an Amazon S3 bucket.
It happens that randomly, without any explanation, the plugin stops working. It stops rewriting URLs and compressing static files.

When W3 is working my site loads in 2,5 secs max, but when it isn't I have 40 secs or more.
