woshea on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Compress Images, Cache Static Content"

I installed the W3 Total Cache plugin successfully and set up a MaxCDN cdn. However, when I run a speed test at webpagetest.org, I get failing grades for compress images and cache static content.

Is there a setting for this plugin that I can adjust to compress images and cache static content? Or another plugin required for this?
