Where do I find the purge policy selections? I am on a shared server but recently enabled page caching and now my blog posts don't update. I log in to see my scheduled posts are published, log out, refresh and then they finally show. I don't see the purge policy section like mentioned in this article http://tentblogger.com/w3-total-cache/. Not an expert by any means so any help is appreciated.
