After I installed W3 TC, some of my posts attachments are not displaying. I just have a white box. When I view the properties of the image, I see the source is fine. I can copy and paste the images address and it displays fine. I do not have a CDN or anything else enabled. I actually have deleted the plugin from my site and the images are still missing. Is there some sort of hidden W3 TC file that remains after deleting the plugin?
