mxxcon on "preg_match() warning from w3-total-cache"

Greetings.
My Apache logs are showing a significant number of the following error messages:

[Wed Nov 20 15:45:51 2013] [error] [client 65.87.105.6] PHP Warning: preg_match(): No ending delimiter '~' found in /var/www/vhosts/my_site/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/PgCache.php on line 663

I'm running PHP 5.3.3(CentOS 6.4), W3 Total Cache v0.9.3.
How can this error be fixed?
