trustmrtwo on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Error: Empty hostname / CNAME list."

I'm running WordPress Version 3.7.1 and W3 version 0.9.3

I get the following error when trying to use Amazon CloudFront as my CDN. "Error: Empty hostname / CNAME list."

There is an old post on this (3 months old) but there was no resolution to the issue. I was wondering if anyone has found a fix?

My knowledge is pretty basic.
