This Plugin brought the site to its knees. The entire site gives 500 - Internal Server Error. All I want to do is uninstall the plugin and get back to where I was. Please list all folders and files to delete (and yes, I followed http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-w3-total-cache-how-to-uninstall-with-no-admin-panel). Please list all changes the plugin makes in the database, as well as any changes it makes to WP or system files, such as .htaccess (and which .htaccess!). I just want to get back to where I started before I came across this horrible plugin.
