@CatServant THANK YOU for your input. I was having SOOOO many issues with W3TC and I just removed it completely and installed quick cache. WOW huge improvement on my site speed!!! Went down and all of a sudden my admin isn't slow anymore and my tested 'scheduled posts' are now working. Thanks for push to remove W3TC. Best thing I did for my site.
