When a scheduled post is viewed by a logged in user that post is then visible to the public.
If I delete the cache files then the public side is no longer visible (until a refresh from a logged in user).
We can try and not view the page until it is ready to be live, but that is flimsy.
I know I am a version or two behind on WP but W3TC is up to date.
