bestlion on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] what problem with "Disk enhanced" and IIS?"

by default, as I see "Disk enhanced" mode enabled only for apache\litespeed\nginx
I disabled server check (w3_can_check_rules() in define.php) and looks like enlanced work with IIS
but would like to know what the problem with this might be?
I'm use only object\page cache) there
