when installing w3tc through wp-cli, upon activation it always throws an error, although plugin has been installed successfully
to reproduce :
wp plugin install w3-total-cache --activate
will throw :
Installing W3 Total Cache (0.9.3)
Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/w3-total-cache.0.9.3.zip...
Unpacking the package...
Installing the plugin...
Plugin installed successfully.
Activating 'w3-total-cache'...
Warning: Could not activate the 'w3-total-cache' plugin.actually the installation will always succeed, the activation will throw an error :
wp plugin install w3-total-cache
will work, and then followed by :
wp plugin activate w3-total-cache
which will throw same error as above
