We paid $350 for optimization of your plugin on our dev site and purchased MaxCDN on your advice.
I have sent multiple emails to you and your partner but I have not gotten any response. This is going on 6 weeks with no reply.
The issue is what needs to be updated/changed/configured to use the premium optimization on the live site?
We did a normal WP migration but the plugin would not work and actually made the site slower by not using it. However, we paid $350 in good faith and would like to benefit from this purchase.
Please let me know how to go about this or you can login into the MaxCDN and the site to make these updates. The logins supplied to you for the paid service are still functional.
