I'm constantly seeing this in my error log:

PHP Warning: array_shift() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /XXX/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/TotalCache.php on line 789
[root@host ~]#

Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?
