My file structure didn't look anything like those mentioned in the instructions. I have this "cache" directory in WP-Content that's filled with w3tc code. The instructions say to not worry if some of those extra files aren't there.. well I had none of them. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I wonder if re-installing wordpress to return to only WP-essential files is a thing I should risk...
