The plugin itself suggests the $150. It appeared to me that paying that was the only way to get support.
You may close my thread, but that only intensifies the problem that this W3 Total Cache plugin offers NO Support, except, I suppose to customers like AT&T.
It's not encouraging to have no place to get help when the plug in is obviously tricky, for instance it made my whole site disappear. But, no one even responded to my thread about that.
