ConsiderThis1 on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Despite W3 I'm getting a message that my site isn't cached"

I installed and activated W3. I chose all the options that had the word Cache in them. But, when I run PageSpeed Test, I get a report saying that none of my static content is cached...

Why isn't W3 caching when I chose so many options related to caching????
