thatwpboy on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] 404 page stopped working after installation"

After I install this plugin, everytime I get a 404 error, it gets redirected to my home page.
I think it would be a .htacess problem because this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/shorten-url/ stopped to working too.
