wpu on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] deleted post, can be seen on cached data around the world"

I deleted a post with images at the request of an author, due to infringement policies...

But 3 days later the post can bee seen around the world...
How can I purge it since I don´t have the post on my server anymore?
