camrichon on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Problem after installation"

Hi there,
after installing w3 total cache, the media button in my wp sidebar disappeared. All my content and images are still showing but I'm having trouble uploading new images.
I follow installation instructions at this link:

Please let me know if there is something to change in hta access file.
