Hi Frederick and thanks for a great plugin!
I'm using it on this site and it works really well, except for the gzip part. Google Pagespeed, Yslow etc all says my minified files are not gziped.
I have searched and searched for a solution the past weeks but haven't been able to find one, so now I'm addressing you.
I have spoken to my host and they say that it should work on their servers.
So now I'm wondering: What info do you need from me? Would be great to get this to work!
