I don't think this applies to you @pvijeh (sorry), but it may for @magzi:
- I have my website set up as sitename.com, rather than http://www.sitename.com
- I'm using MaxCDN, so if I create a subdomain cdn.sitename.com I need to go to my CPanel Simple DNS Zone and CNAME to the link provided by my cdn.
- When I put that subdomain in to W3TC, everything is stripped from my page, except the raw HTML output.
- As far as I can understand, this is because you cannot CNAME to the link unless your domain is set up as http://www.sitename.com, so you need to use the original url provided by your CDN, not the subdomain you made.
I'm not sure if this is the problem you were having, but thought I'd chime in JIC!
