Arisae on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Manual Minify Not Work to Non-Standard Port SSL Connection."

i'm using the non-standard port, :9502
and i used manual minify to non ssl.

At now, i try to my ssl connection, set and apply.
but i checked to google PSI, Minify was not work.

My Highscore was 98~100. but now, 76.
i need manual minify.

i'll trying to resolve this problem. Anyone, Please help me?
