I'm Praveen from India. My website is http://nearesthomefood.com
I had W3TC installed on it and it was working fine. I then made it a multisite. Now i've one subdirectory domain as http://nearesthomefood.com/bangalore
I Network Activated W3TC and enabled all settings except Database Cache. But when I do test at http://webpagetest.org, it shows that GZip and Caching istn't done. At individual site level, I don't see Settings page. The web test result can be found at:

Can somebody help in pointing out the issue here?
