Sumukha on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] General > Host attachments and other buttons missing"

Hello,

starting to use W3 with CDN. What strikes me is that on some installations the buttons for Host attachments, Host wp-includes/ files, Host theme files etc are missing.
Same WP and W3 versions! (0.9.3)
Also the Test Cloudfront distribution function runs forever on some installations.

Anybody has a clue how to get things going?
