Thor on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Error with creating the CSS / JS minify cache"

As a follow up. If I disable W3's minify setting and instead use CloudFlare's minify then it works fine. I would rather use W3's minify, as from my reading it's faster, but I can't figure out the issue noted above.
