So, like many of you, I've been experiencing a lot of bugs with the W3 Total Cache. I posted here in the forums but never got any response.
So, I purchased the PRO version and then tried to get support. Still, they required me to pay $75 just to open a ticket by email.
When I sent a message to their web contact form under the title "Request for Quote" they responded in minutes!! But when they realized it was just a boring support request from a paying customer, they told me, and I quote: "being a Pro subscriber unlocks functionality in the product it doesn't provide a service level agreement."
Translation: screw you, paying customer! You're such a schmuck! You thought that paying for a product entitled you to support? How stupid of you! We will STILL charge you for support even after you've paid for our product!
Users beware. Don't buy the PRO version expecting support. In fact, don't expect any support at all from these scammers.
