abinashm on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Eliminate external render-blocking Javascript and CSS"

Hi Everyone! I love W3 Total Cache after removing WP Super Cache plugin. I have included external .js and .css files except the "min.css" & "min.js" as they are already minified, right! I have also excluded the TwentyFourteen theme css file as it was breaking my site.

Now if I test via pagespeed or gtmetrix I am still getting the error of
Eliminate external render-blocking Javascript and CSS
