This question is more about WP Touch settings with W3 Total cache but they do not answer questions in their support thread and I think the issue is in my W3 Configuration so I thought maybe someone can help.
1.) Every time I try to add the user agents for W3 to work with WP Touch my site crashes. I've read a bunch of tutorials and think maybe I am doing something wrong. Can someone give me really specific instructions on what agents to add and where?
2.) My site http://www.lasvegasworldnews.com has decent pagespeed times but the mobile version is awful because of render blocking javascript.
Here's an example. This article scores really low in the mobile version.

For my desktop version I combine my files and load javascript asynchronously but none of that shows up in the mobile version. How do I configure it?
3.) Sometimes the mobile version of my site is showing instead of desktop. Do I need to add something into w3 TC somewhere?
Any help with very clear easy to follow instructions is appreciated.
