After updating from 0.9.3 to 0.9.4, the "Page Cache / Rejected cookies" option is not working any more.
W3TC 0.9.4 serves cached version, even if cookie exists (or create cache for that page if there wasn't any yet).
W3TC 0.9.3 serves fresh version of a page if the cookie exists - and that's what I need.
