Sheila on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Editor user level able to purge cache?"

I've installed W3TC on all my clients sites. I've been advised by my security consultant to change all my clients to Editor level users instead of admin. But when I do that they can make changes that won't show up until they purge the cache and they cannot. Is there a setting that allows Editor access to purging?
