Jason Koning on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] WP Cloudy - WordPress Transients API"

Hi there,
I use the above plugin on a site & the data is not automatically refreshing, the plugin author mentioned that it uses WordPress Transients API to cache weather data. Given that sounds like a foreign language to me, could you perhaps let me know what/where I can tweak the settings so this doesn't cause any further issues with my site?
