I noticed today when viewing my site in another browser (tried IE and Chrome, and chrome mobile) where i wasn't logged in will not show new comments or new posts. I've emptied the cache several times, and unless I refresh the browser it won't display them.
I have browser cache turned off, object cache turned off. No minify, only page cache as far as I can tell is turned on.
I'm not using a CDN, or any other types of caching plugins.
Any idea what might be causing this?
