jbx on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Latest version breaks Minify of JS and CSS"

After updating to the latest version of W3 Total Cache the JS and CSS minification stopped working. JQuery wasn't loaded and pages started appearing without CSS.

I disabled the JS and CSS minification and things went back to normal.
I guess something is wrong in the latest update?
