Noodweer on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Settings for a 'normal' website"

Hi all,

I'd like to use W3C but reading all the isues here about the last update does make my feel scared. I have a normal website with 600 - 800 visitors a day. What would be the settings i need to use.
