newhallsign on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Seems like plugin has negatively affected my checkout"

I am running W3TC 9.2.11 and after I got it configured and connected with my CDN I am not able to complete checkout requests. If I add an item to the cart and then click checkout it does not complete. If I am logged in to the WP admin panel it works fine.

Any ideas?
