newburns on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] What is the Proper Multisite use as of 0.9.2.11"

I am not quite sure how to deploy W3TC for Wordpress Multisite. does it have to be enabled on each site independently? I have Network Enabled right now, and the Page Cache - CDN works, but how would I utilize the User Agent Groups? That seems domain specific. I have multiple Domains.
Also, Minify shows a specific theme as active, such as (Graphene Active). what about the other themes for different domains? I am not aware of what theme they are using at the moment, and of course, generally, I do not have granted access to their site. However, I can view there settings as a SuperAdmin. Is that the suggested way?
