I should have elaborated when I had pages listed in the Never minify the following pages: the message
Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: No ending delimiter '~' found in /home/austra72/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/Minify.php on line 1170
Came above all pages, think that might mean I listed them incorectly?
Anyhow what I have done is enable minification but dis-enabled minification of JS (I guess the progress bars are JS). That seems to be good for now.
