Whitenorthstar on "CloudFront and CNames, with W3 Total Cache... static content not downloading"

Hi Folks

I'm sure you get this a lot, but W3TC is mindblowing, thank you!

I got my CloudFront distribution working with W3TC almost immediately, but adding CNAMEs was a huge headache. After I switched to CNAMEs, the static content just wouldn't download... my site became a pile of text and not much else.

It turns out that he issue was that, together, CNAMEs and SSL access aren't compatible with Amazon (without some restrictions/addons). When I disabled HTTPS access and enabled CNAMEs, everything works perfectly... yay!
